TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TECHNICIAN
What we require
Degree in engineering and/or diploma in mechanical engineering (or electrical engineering)
Many years' experience in the complex plant start-up sector
Excellent knowledge of complex machinery, pneumatic hydraulics and combustion systems
Excellent knowledge of the English language
Second language welcome (e.g. Spanish, Russian, Chinese)
Maximum availability for periodic and prolonged travel abroad
Good knowledge of information systems
Strong problem solving skills
Site and client management
Ability to work indipendently
Excellent ability to integrate into team work
Adaptability and aptitude for taking on responsibility
Functions & responsibilities
•Supervision of installation and commissioning at customer activities
•Technical support at the customer's premises or remotely for identifying various problems
•Back office activities and drafting of operating manuals for the systems
•Drafting of complete and schematic field activity reports
•Customer operator/technician training
•Management and coordination of subcontractor technicians
•Planning and progress of site activities
