It can be fed with 100% Cu scrap with minimum 94% Cu that could be a mix of many different kinds of copper scrap thereby saving hundreds of dollars per ton on the raw material

This even more efficient technology has been developed when scrap has Cu content ≥97%

SHAFT+HOLDING

CU CATHODES

The cathodes and clean scrap up to 15% are automatically loaded and scattered inside the Furnace to increase melting efficiency thus reducing fuel consumption and reducing refractory wear as well

The Melting Furnace Vert-Melt is a combination of a vertical Melting furnace (Shaft) with a static receiving/holding chamber.
