Operational support position within the Aftersale Department to oversee the installation, commissioning and maintenance of systems at customer sites worldwide.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of systems at customer sites
- Provide technical support on-site or remotely to identify and resolve system issues
- Manage technical back-office activities and draft system operating manuals
- Prepare comprehensive, clear and well-organized reports on field activities
- Provide training to the client’s operators and technicians
- Manage and coordinate technicians and subcontractors involved in on-site activities
- Planning on-site activities and monitoring their progress
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or a technical diploma in mechanical or electrical Engineering
- Several years of experience in the commissioning of complex systems
- Excellent knowledge of complex machinery, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrohydraulic systems and combustion systems
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus
- Full availability for periodic and extended business trips abroad
- Good knowledge of major information systems
