Faced with this picture, and always wanting to put the needs of our customers in the foreground, we at Properzi have built a structured technical consultancy, in 3 different ways: from the simplest, to the most articulated, from “virtual” to “on-site” assistance.

1. Written Consultancy – is the first way of consulting through a “click”. It is the most immediate solution as communication takes place quickly via an e-mail message. Any request must be addressed to the email address of our technicians: [email protected].

2. Remote Assistance – this is a direct connection between Properzi‘s Control Room and the customer’s PLC. Through it, our software and process specialists modify and/or adjust the parameters if necessary, to achieve the resolution of the problem.

3. Technical Audit at Customer site – this option requires the transfer of our specialized personnel to the site, who will go to the customer’s plant to personally assess the problem submitted, physically intervening on the plant.
Usually this solution is adopted if it is not possible to solve the critical issue using the previous options, or following a specific request from the customer.
