For many years, we have taken part in WIRE & TUBE Düsseldorf — and this year we will once again be there from April 13 to 17. For us, this exhibition is an important opportunity to meet long-standing customers as well as new partners, to exchange ideas about the technologies and upgrades required in a world that never stands still.

Since introducing the continuous casting and rolling process for non-ferrous rod in the 1940s, we have continued to develop technologies for the production of aluminium and copper wire rod. Today, we provide complete production lines, including furnaces, casting equipment, rolling mills, and double spoolers, supporting customers worldwide.

Our technology enables the production of high-quality aluminium and copper wire rod worldwide. In the case of copper, rod can be produced either from cathodes or from 100% low-quality copper scrap, while still achieving excellent final product standards.

Through our FRHC technology, we contribute to reducing CO₂ emissions along the copper value chain by supporting the use of recycled and green copper through Properzi Refining Technology. In addition, with our innovative SAM (Self-Annealing Microrolling®) technology, we process 8 mm copper rod down to 1.8–2 mm soft wire without the need for an annealer. This results in significant energy savings — up to 7,000 kg CO₂ equivalent per ton of FRHC copper rod produced from 100% scrap.

Our product portfolio also includes the “Pro-Form” continuous rotary extrusion system, suitable for a wide range of applications in both the copper and aluminium sectors.

We also manufacture furnaces for aluminium and copper plants:

  • Vert-Melt®, for aluminium lines, combining a vertical melting furnace with a static receiving/holding chamber
  • Vert-Ref® reverberatory furnace
  • Shaft + Holding furnaces for copper lines

Upon request, we integrate fumes treatment systems, further completing our Furnaces and Combustion Division.

Efficient after-sales service is an integral part of our corporate culture. We provide on-site technical assistance, remote consultancy, and spare parts supply to ensure operational continuity. We can also supply equipment on an EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) basis, allowing customers to rely on a streamlined installation process.

Above all, we believe our work is not only about technology. It is about collaboration, shared expertise, and long-term partnerships — building connections that last, much like the continuous rod produced by our lines.

We look forward to welcoming you in Hall 11 – Stand F40.
