Attendant Production Planning and Control

What we require

Degree in Mechanical/Management Engineering or equivalent technical diploma
Previous experience in the role or similar, even short
Knowledge and use of production management methods and systems: MES, MRP, MRP2, ERP through SW such as SAP, Project, NET-PRO or similar
Knowledge of multidisciplinary technical drawing (mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, etc.)
Knowledge of mechanical technologies for removal on FMS, M.U. palletized etc.
Knowledge of metallic materials, heat treatments and surface coatings
Knowledge of CAD-CAM systems e.g. HYPERMILL or equivalent
Knowledge of regulations on Safety, Health at Work and the Environment (Legislative Decree 81/08)
Knowledge of ISO45001:2018 – ISO9001:2015 Management Systems and similar
Knowledge of ISO – UNI – DIN – ASTM –IEC – ASME… etc.
Knowledge of the world of EPC systems, project/order specific management appreciated
Knowledge of languages: spoken and written English, French is a plus

Functions & responsibilities

Reports to the Production Manager (hence R. Prod.) or to the General Manager in his absence

Plans and controls the progress of sales orders for plants, machines, spare parts, spare parts, warranty, etc. for compliance with delivery dates for export and/or Warehouse

Check and update the production plans with start dates in the management system / purpose, through the analysis of the workloads of the departments involved and others related, highlighting the critical issues at the R. Prod. for Make or Buy choices, priorities and reprogramming

In support of R. Prod. collaborates with Purchasing and Logistics to define and verify the delivery times of external supplies by identifying priorities, urgencies and conflicts

Collaborate with the T.S. Manager. (Technical Secretariat) for issuing the Di .Ba. and related variations (GdV - Variation Journals)

Manages stocks by supporting Product R. for the analysis of: consumption, stocks, batche economic, % waste, crossing (Lead Time), production plan, etc.

Carry out the analysis of the estimates/final balances for the Work Orders by providing the R. Prod. the reference values. std, the deviations detected and the trend of typical Key factors O.E.E. (Overall Equipment Efficiency).
