The role

The resource will support the Electrical Engineering Department in the development of electrical schematics and technical documentation for industrial automation systems used in metalworking lines.
He/she will work in collaboration with internal departments, suppliers and customers, ensuring compliance with technical requirements and project timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Collaboration with internal departments, suppliers and customers to ensure that projects are completed in accordance with technical requirements and within the specified time frame
  • Design and updating of electrical diagrams for LV and MV systems in the fields of automation, power and EPC
  • Development of accompanying technical documentation (layouts, cable lists, technical tables, specifications, bills of materials, markings and metric calculations)
  • Collaboration with project engineers to define technical solutions
  • Support for the production and testing of electrical panels, on-board machine systems and interconnections
  • Support for inspection and commissioning phases in Italy and abroad
  • Coordination with suppliers and customers for document alignment and project update

Technical Requirements

  • Technical diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
  • At least 2 years’ experience in industrial electrical diagram design, preferably in the international plant engineering sector
  • Technical English (B1-B2), knowledge of a second language is welcome
  • Excellent knowledge of electrical and 3D CAD software (preferably Eplan, Esa Pro, Autocad) and Office
  • Basic knowledge of electrical regulations (CEI, IEC)
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, floor plans and mechanical assemblies
