General Services Officer
What we require
Technical diploma (mechanical expert, industrial expert, surveyor)
At least 3 years’ experience in similar sector
Knowledge of plant systems (electrical, hydraulic, fire prevention)
Understanding and reading drawings and technical diagrams
Knowledge of safety regulations – Plus (Participation in specific safety courses)
Availability in terms of flexibility in working hours for the management of emergencies even remotely
Good knowledge of the English language
Use of Office applications including the use of a company ERP
Use 3D CAD drawing programs
Knowledge of information systems and basic applications (SAP or others)
Intermediate/advanced level knowledge of Excel is appreciated
Functions & responsibilities
Takes care of and manages the maintenance of company buildings/departments and offices
Guarantees the constant and efficient provision of utilities services (electricity, water, gas, etc.) of the headquarters, managing any emergencies and/or alarms
Provides the supply of stationery materials, work clothing, PPE, furniture and furnishings, and all company assets
Manages the supply of company cars and takes care of maintenance, ensuring their perfect efficiency
Follows the contracts for the services/goods under its responsibility
Manages and ensures compliance with assigned budgets
