Milling, boring, and drilling using 3 and 5 axis CNC machine tools or screen-controlled machines, as needed – Fresatura – alesatura – foratura con macchine utensili CNC a 3 e 5 assi o visualizzate, secondo necessità

Responsibilities - Responsabilità

  • May be required to operate 5-axis turning-milling machines – Potrà essere chiamato a utilizzare Torni-Fresa a 5 assi
  • Perform setup and commissioning of the department’s machines, preparing the necessary tools and their presets – Esegue set up e messa in funzione della/e macchina/e del reparto predisponendo gli utensili necessari ed il loro Pre-Set
  • Read mechanical drawings, operates the machine based on the required machining cycles and in-process inspections, and records them accurately – Legge i disegni meccanici, conduce la macchina basandosi sui cicli di lavorazione e controllo in processo richiesti, registrandoli puntualmente
  • Monitor the operation of the machine tools, as well as the quality and conformity of the workpiece, recording findings on the control sheet; operate in accordance with Legislative Decree 81 and its implementing regulations, as well as the requirements of the ISO 45001-9001 Quality Management System regarding Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality; report rejects, anomalies, or alarms that occur during machining – Controlla il funzionamento delle M. Utensili, la Qualità e conformità del pezzo in lavorazione registrandolo nella scheda di controllo, opera in accordo alla Lgs 81+dlgs. attuativi e a quanto richiesto dal S.G.I. ISO45001-9001 relativamente alla Sicurezza, Salute, Ambiente e Qualità, segnala scarti/anomalie/allarmi sorti durante la lavorazione
  • Monitor the work cycle, check for geometric and/or programming errors, apply procedures to resolve them – Esegue il controllo del ciclo di lavoro, verifica gli errori geometrici e/o di programmazione, applica le procedure per la loro soluzione
  • Perform routine maintenance and reports the need for major maintenance – Esegue la manutenzione ordinaria e segnala la straordinaria
  • Perform, during downtime, inspection and adjustment of parts based on drawing dimensions and tolerances and documents the work – Effettua, in tempo nascosto, attività di Controllo e Aggiustaggio pezzi sulla base di quote e tolleranze di disegno, registrandolo

Technical Requirements - Caratteristiche specifiche

  • Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent – Diploma Perito Meccanico o equivalente (IFP)
  • Experience: > 5–10 years – Esperienza > 5-10 anni
  • Knowledge of machine tools, including 5-axis multitasking machining centres, as well as traditional 3-axis CNC machines or those with display-only capabilities – Conoscenza macchine utensili sia Centri di lavoro 5 assi multitasking, sia CNC tradizionali 3 Assi o soltanto visualizzate
  • Knowledge of mechanical drafting, including both individual parts and assemblies – Conoscenza disegno meccanico sia particolari che assiemi
  • Knowledge of tools and equipment, including “zero-point” systems – Conoscenza di utensili ed attrezzature inclusi i “punto zero”
  • Ability to operate in “unattended” mode and/or on multiple machine tools – Capacità di operare in “non presidiato” e/o su più M. Utensili
  • Knowledge of measuring and testing instruments for in-process control – Conoscenza strumenti di misura e collaudo per controllo in processo
  • Knowledge of accident prevention regulations and personal protective equipment (Legislative Decree 81-2008 and subsequent decrees) – Conoscenza norme Prevenzione Infortuni e Dispositivi di Protezione Individuale. (Lgs.81-2008 e decreti successivi)
  • Knowledge of the ISO 45001–9001 Integrated Management System for Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality – Conoscenza Sistema di Gestione Integrato ISO45001 – 9001 per la Sicurezza, Salute, ambiente e Qualità
