What we require
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 3-4 years in a similar position
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with technical drawings and ability to interpret technical documentation
Familiarity with bills of materials and product technical data management

Contracts and International Trade:
Experience in the application of international contracts and knowledge of industry regulations

IT Skills:
Excellent knowledge of information systems, Office applications (with particular emphasis on Excel for data analysis) and ERP

Proficiency in English (knowledge of another language is preferred)
Availability for travel, including international travel, to participate in trade fairs and business meetings
Rate/Compensation: Commensurate with experience

Functions & responsibilities
•Identification and development of customized solutions that meet customer needs through data analysis, with the aim of improving satisfaction and loyalty
•Preparation, negotiation and monitoring of technical and commercial offers, ensuring compliance with quality standards and agreed-upon deadlines
•Entering spare parts orders into the company ERP system and managing them in coordination with Operations and Logistics Departments, including after-sales support and resolution of any critical issues
•Management and monitoring of customer order portfolio based on offer analysis and target budget
•Periodic maintenance of spare parts price lists
