Functions & responsibilities

We are looking for a Spare Parts Sales Technician to join our team in Sordio. This is a full-time job and onsite role. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, offering technical support and identifying their parts needs.
You will take care of:

• Analyze customer requirements, provide advice and propose effective business solutions
• Identify and develop customized solutions that meet clients needs through data analysis with the goal of improving satisfaction and retention
• Draft, negotiate and check technical and commercial offers, ensuring compliance complying quality standards and timelines
• Insert Spare Parts orders into the company ERP system and manage them in coordination with Operation and Logistic departments, including after-sales support and resolution of any critical issues
• Manage and monitor Customer Portfolio
• Periodical update of Spare Parts Lists
